Community Volunteer Individual Award : Philip Skayman
When Philip Skayman lost his good friend Adam Hughes to Sudden Arrhythmic Death (SADS) in 2009 he decided that something positive should come out of the tragedy. Philip set up a charity football team in his friend's memory.

Hughsie FC now have 3 FA accredited teams, over 100 players and have played in over 600 matches. They have also raised over £30k for charities and good causes.
